Feeling Trapped
#1
When my anxiety is extremely high, I feel as though I'm being trapped and suffocated even though I have every reason to believe that I can move. It doesn't go away until I start moving and this will sometimes result in me pacing around throughout the entire day and into the night.

Does any other schizophrenic experience this?

I have experienced something similar, mostly when I am out in my town. For some reason it was better inside the house than outside. Being outside is still hard for me, I feel like it is paralysing me or something

I definitely do. I used to think that the suffocating feelings was just an additional thing I had when my anxiety was high, but I have been feeling it out of the blue too during good days. I combat the intrusive thoughts that those feelings strike when I have been "seen" or "targeted" by something (idk what) and that I need to run. Similar to how I react in nightmares I guess..
