ptsd from psychosis

i still get flashbacks from my last episode sometimes. makes me want to freeze up. my brain doesnt distinguish "real" trauma and ones i hallucinated. sucks

I don't separate the two in my mind. One may not have taken place in the reality that everyone shares, but both experiences are equally real to me.

Same. It's awful. My last serious episode occurred in public so it's especially distressing as I recall how I may have appeared to the loved one I was with and any random onlookers.
